This view shows the end wall of a surviving multistory tenement with remnants of the façade, traces of old passageways, and newly cut window openings. The outlines of demolished buildings that used to be adjacent to the tenement are clearly seen. In the foreground, the plot to the left of a removed building is being cleared.
